Gay Hollywood
In some ways I wish I was living 50 years in the future so I could read the tell-all biographies of today's stars. I crave to read about Zac Efron secretly doing the middle Jonas Brother on the tour bus.

Mmm, most of you are probably too young to remember Rock Hudson coming out. That was a biggie, as he'd always been seen as a ladies male. At that hour, you can't dream how far underground gay was. As a teen I read was reading a rock magazine and an interview with Allan Ginsberg, and he dropped in he was gay, and I was kind of "Wow! He said that aloud?!"

This is the dilemma, though, isn't it? We're long past the days when celebrities had to mask all mention of their sexuality to protect their careers, but we're
Matt Bomer: "Coming Out as Gay Require Me Opportunities in Hollywood"
[quote]He's still operational at relatively the same level.
He shouldn't be working on the same level as he did when he had his own tv series. He should have done better.
And it's incredibly strange to say that Channing Tatum hasn't had a wonderful career or even the same one. 21 and 22 Jump Street are both projects that probably made more than anything Matt Bomer has ever done. Never thought the fact that the guy was producing Magic Mike which Matt Bomer and the others were on. It was his Channing's project. That's just silly.

But he was going to Blanche! He was going to!
And saying Cavill couldn't succeed with it AFTER he did Man of Steel, Batman v Superman and Justice League is -- do you understand how big those films were? Undertake you know how much they made? Cavill is also on his second TV series with the Witcher after spending years on The Tudors.
I don't think Matt Bomer is a wonderful actor either (I think he's just ok) but you don't have to stretch to form some point that you're not quite making. I act think his looks actually hurt him in some ways.

It may have taken him 20 years, but the 46-year-old American actor was capable to prove that producer wrong, as he is now starring as the lead character Hawkins Fuller in the LGBTQ+ series ‘Fellow Travelers’
“Before this I was like, why can’t we have our Don Draper? Why can’t we have our Walter White? I don’t think I could have done it if I hadn’t worked on all the projects leading up to it,” Bomer told The Recent York Times.
The outlet also noted how the star spent most of childhood and adolescence hiding and running away from his true self, as he grew up in a family who “went to church several times a week,” and how that church considered homosexuality as an “abomination.”
Thereafter, he reportedly began dating men during a year abroad in Ireland back when he was in college. In 2011, a still closeted Bomer married publicist Simon Halls, and he finally decided to publicly arrive out in 2012 while receiving a humanitaria

Matt Bomer recently sat down with Andrew Rannells and OUT Magazine to give his take on the coming out process.
Before telling his family, Matt first came out to himself while performing in Romeo and Juliet and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Utah Shakespeare Festival.
"I remember someone there who was a hair and makeup musician who I found really inspiring," said Matt. "I thought, ‘If this person can live their truth, what am I doing?'"
Although Matt was dating a teen in his company at the time, he knew it was time to his true self.
Matt Bomer Talks "The Normal Heart" and "Magic Mike"
"I consideration she was really cool and talented, frankly. I just wanted to hang out with her. And then I just mind it was time to exist my life truthfully," the White Collar actor said.
The Golden Globe winner grew up in Webster Groves, Mo—the heart of the Bible Belt—so it was no surprise that Matt received over six months of silence from his family after sending them a letter
