EXACTLY FIFTY YEARS AGO, five young boys from Gary, Indiana, became pop song sensations. It has always been tough separating the truthfulness about their beginning from myth because Motown Records leader Berry Gordy has always understood that turning artists into legends is not just a musical process but a narrative one as well. As the story goes, he was already jaded about the labor restrictions surrounding his first child celebrity, Stevie Wonder. It was not in the company’s interest to hire more children. But talent scout Suzanne de Passe asked Gordy to give the kids a scant minutes of his time. Thanks to footage preserved on YouTube, we can still see what Gordy saw, as a ten-year-old Michael Jackson does an imitation of James Brown that will give you chills.

Now, half a century after their first hit and a decade after Jackson’s death, fans are getting chills once more, this period inspired by a profoundly unflattering HBO documentary, Leaving Neverland. The four-hour learn focuses on the lives of Wade Robson and James Safechuck, two men who are now reaching middle age and accuse the singer of hav

I’ve been catching up on reading lately, including Michael Jackson’s last few months of life. I’ve come upon an article published by the U.K.-based Daily Mail, under the byline of Ian Halperin. Halperin is a writer and the author of Unmasked: The Ultimate Years of Michael Jackson and it is slated to be released in July.

According to Wikipedia, Halperin is an investigative reporter who has contributed to stateside shows appreciate 60 Minutes II, and cable shows on Court TV. He’s written or co-authored at least nine books on celebrities like the late Kurt Cobain, James Taylor and Celine Dion.

It was Halperin who predicted in December 2008 that Jackson was ill and would be dead within six months, according to his sources. In Touch and The Sun (U.K.) picked up the story and referenced Halperin. Of course, the Jackson camp countered that Michael was the picture of health, and he soon embarked on the ill-fated 50-concert dates in London. Six months and one morning after Halperin made his prediction, Michael Jackson died. The world is waiting to see what develops in the toxic

Of course there would be nothing wrong with it if he were gay. But there is simply no evidence of it, whereas there is plenty of evidence of him organism heterosexual.

AND the only "evidence" that people acquire for him being gay is the fact that he was androgynous and did not adhere to complete hetero-normative standards for many people. because apparently androgyny and femininity = gay (it doesn't. lmao. gay men can range in expression, just appreciate straight people.)

have you also ever noticed how people assume things about his sexuality mostly based off of blatant stereotypes?i'm a gay man myself and that's why i get disgusted whenever i hear yet another debate on his sexuality. because a lot of the assumptions made about his sexuality typically acquire homophobic and stereotypical reasonings to them. when the media is speculating on his sexuality, it's usually with a tone of disgust towards the fact that he COULD be gay. at least in their eyes where they think being feminine = gay but, generally, it's usually used as a way to try and slander him and convince the

In 1979 Tatum O'Neal had persuaded Michael to go to an after party with her and a few friends at the guest house of Rod Stewart's Beverly Hills Home.
Rod Stewart however was not the house at the time.

A lawsuit had been filed regarding reported events that allegedly took place at the same party. According to one published report in the Celebrity Magazine.

Tatum had brought Michael, and a several other friends to the party, including model-novelist Carole Mallory.

According to the assertions of the complaint filed by Carole Mallory in her lawsuit, Alasdair reported that Tatum tried to convince Michael to have sex with her and Carole Mallory. Mallory and O'Neal were supposed to have made a pact that this evening would be "let's bed Jackson night". Mallory reportedly told O'Neal , "Well if you don't wish him, I'll take him darling." To which O'Neal said" Even better, why don't we ask him to decide."

"Come to bed with Carole and me," Buchanan reportedly said Tatum said to Michael.

As the others at the party cheered him on, the shy Michael stood up
